INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TERMS
International airmail is the non-traceable airmail option for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is sent via airmail to the country of destination at which point its delivery is reliant on local postal services. International airmail orders are not insured nor traceable and toffee cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.
International courier is the tracked, priority-paid, door-to-door option for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is couriered via air and road transport by a private courier company contracted to toffee. International courier orders are insured for loss or damage in transit.
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to the quoted delivery costs. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
Customs and international duty
Your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Additional charges must be borne by the recipient.
