toffee products are original and have been produced using the highest quality full-grain leather. Colour variations or marks on the leather give it a unique look. To look after your toffee product, do not store it in plastic or other non-breathable covers. This will cause the leather to become dry. Avoid direct sunlight, very humid and dry environments. Try not to scratch the leather, as scratch marks don't go away. And avoid forcing too much into your sleeve, doing so will stretch the leather.
To keep your toffee product looking good, polish with a dry clean cloth once a week. With this minimal care, your leather product will provide long-lasting use.

We use the best available materials and guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that the product will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the product fails to operate within the warranty period, please forward it to us (at your expense) with proof of your purchase.
If on inspection, we find that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it with the same or a similar product to the same value as the original without charge. This guarantee will not apply to defects in the product caused by accidental damage, abuse, misuse, improper care, alteration or the natural breakdown of product nor to any resulting incidental or consequential loss.
Further, apart from any warranties implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and/or part 6 of the Sale of Goods Act 1923 (NSW), all other warranties express or implied and arising by virtue of statute or otherwise are hereby excluded.
